Activities are fast for teachers to create, and friendly for students to take. In less than 60 seconds you can have a new activity ready to use!
Start a New Activity
From the Dashboard, press New Activity.
Enter Activity Information
Enter the Activity Information: Title, Description, Type, Subject, Grade, and Language if more than one is available. Note that one Activity can include items from multiple Grades!
Select Standards
Press Select Standards to select one or more standards for the chosen subject and grade. Items are already aligned to standards and selected at random from the bank, so adding items to your Activity is as easy as selecting the standards you want to assess. You can optionally limit the number of random items to include before previewing.
Select Passages (optional)
For Activities based on passages, press Select Passages to attach one or more passages. When using a passage, additional options are available to pull all items attached to the passage regardless of standard assessed, and to restrict the Activity to only include items related to the selected passage.
Preview the Activity
When previewing the Activity you can review items, swap one item for another, remove items, and even take the Activity as a student would by pressing Student Preview.
Item authors can also be notified of issues with an item by pressing the 👎.
Enter grade level information
To improve standards reporting and data you must provide information about the classroom grade level and if the Activity is below/on/above grade level.

Congratulations! Your Activity is ready to use. You can create more Activities, or follow the instructions to use this Activity in your LMS.
