How to Issue a Receipt in Tela

A receipt records proof of payment for a transaction (invoice paid, purchase made, etc.).

How to Add a Receipt

  1. Go to Receipts
    Click “BI → Receipt” from the dashboard.

  2. Select “Create Receipt”
    Tap “+ Create Receipt.”

  3. Fill in Receipt Info

    • Did you recieve the payment on Tela

    • Customer: Who made the payment

    • Date of Payment

    • Items information

    • Payment Method: Cash, bank transfer, credit card, etc.

    • Amount Paid

  4. Save Receipt
    Hit Generate receipt to complete.
