Each payment on TELA has a transaction status. Understanding these statuses helps prevent fulfillment errors and financial loss.
Common Transaction Statuses
Successful
Payment has been completed and confirmed.
You may proceed with:
Shipping products
Delivering services
Pending
Payment is still being processed or awaiting confirmation.
Do not fulfill the order yet.
Failed
Payment did not go through successfully.
Common reasons:
Insufficient funds
Network interruption
Payment authorization failure
Customer must retry checkout.
Refunded
Payment has been returned to the customer.
The order should not be fulfilled.
Best Practice
Always confirm a transaction is marked Successful before delivering goods or services.
This protects your business from unpaid orders.
