Overview

Your password protects access to your business account. If you forget your password or cannot log in, you can securely reset it within minutes.

For security reasons, password resets must be completed using your registered email address.

How to Reset Your Password

Follow these steps:

  1. Go to the TELA login page or the profile page

  2. Click Forgot Password

  3. Enter your registered email address

  4. Click Submit

  5. Check your email inbox

  6. Click the password reset link

  7. Create a new secure password

  8. Confirm and save

You will now be able to log in with your new password.

If You Do Not Receive the Reset Email

If the reset email does not arrive:

  • Check your spam or junk folder

  • Confirm that you entered the correct email address

  • Wait a few minutes and refresh your inbox

If you still cannot find the email, contact support for assistance.

Tips for Creating a Strong Password

For better security:

  • Use at least 8 characters

  • Include uppercase and lowercase letters

  • Add numbers and symbols

  • Avoid common words or predictable patterns

Never share your password with anyone.
