TA - Adding, Deleting and Archiving a Site

A Site is the location of the audit or assessment. It is the business / organisation on which the audit or assessment will be performed. This guide describes how to add a site (including how to create user accounts for sites), edit a site, and delete or archive a site. Deleting removes the site completely but archiving will leave information associated with the site available in the Assessments reports.

ADD A SITE

  • From the Home page, click on Add a New Site

  • Enter details of the site and click Add:

Please note:

  • You can leave the site ref blank and Assessments will generate a reference number for

  • Click Add contact.

  1. Search for the name of an existing contact in Assessments or click New Contact.

  2. If adding a new contact, enter details and click Create Logon to create a user account:

  3. Back in the Sites screen click Add Address:

Please note:

  • You may need to use the search box on the right of the screen to find your new site.

  1. Enter in the address and click Add.

EDIT A SITE

  1. Click on Sites.

  2. Find the site that you want to edit.

Please note:

  • There is a search box on the right of the screen.

  1. Click the edit button next to either the site name (to edit the site details) or the contact or the address as required:

DELETE OR ARCHIVE A SITE

Certain users will have the permission to delete or archive sites from Telus Audits (e.g. certification body administrators).

Please note:

  • If you delete a site, you will delete all audits and certificates associated with it.

  • By archiving a site it will disappear from the sites screen (and details of audits, audit groups and certificates will also disappear) but details of audits etc will still show in the Reports screen.

  • Archived and deleted sites can be restored from the Site Recycle Bin.

To archive or delete a site:

  1. Search for the site in the Sites screen.

  2. Click Archive or Delete:

  1. After you have archived or deleted a site it will appear in the Sites Recycle Bin on the Sites screen and can be restored from there if required:
