When the assessment process has been completed, you can close an assessment by changing the status to ‘closed’.
Please note:
If you are completing your audit online in Telus Audits, once you have clicked the Finish button, and the Validation has been completed, you can change the status to closed, if required. Please ensure you click Finish once you have selected Closed:
CLOSING AN ASSESSMENT
Click on an Assessments link from the Home page:
Locate the assessment you are looking for, by using the Filter options found on the right hand side:
On the right hand side, a link saying Change Status will appear.
Change the audit status to Closed:
Once you have selected Closed it will save the new status automatically.
