You may have received this warning before when creating a chain:-
This message appears for several reasons:
- Where you are attempting to set up a chain and the last organisation is not already in a chain with yourself. For instance, if you are a mandated user you are only able to create chains to existing destinations.
- At least one of the organisations above your own in the chain must have a premium account in the TELUS Supply Chain platform.
If this is the case you will need to ask someone from the organisation you are hoping to set up a chain with to create this on your behalf.
