Did you know that you can label your Supply Chains in Telus Supply Chain, so that your customers know what supply type the chain is and what supply chain type it is too?
You can choose Programmed, Contingency and Spot for your Supply Types and Conventional and Organic for Supply Chain Types.
Being able to choose Organic as an option is another piece of functionality we’ve added very recently!
Navigate to the Add a New Chain screen from the dashboard:
You will then see the option to Add a New Chain where you can choose Supply Type and Supply Chain Type from the drop-down menus:
Choose which Supply Type the chain is, and which Supply Chain Type it is (if applicable) from those lists and once you've made your selection click Save:
Did you know you can also edit a supply chain to add these options to it if you would instead like to edit an existing chain?
Find the Chain you would like to edit, put a tick in the checkbox and choose “Edit”:
You will then see the “Edit an existing supply chain” option, choose your Supply Type, Supply Chain Type and then instead ensure you click “Update Chain”:
When you return to view the chain in the chains screen, you will see that under “Supply Type” the Supply Type you chose is shown, and under “Information”, in this case a leaf logo is shown to indicate it is an organic supply chain:
