You are able to upload new files to Telus Supply Chain, by following these steps below.

Navigate to the ‘Add a new file’ section from the main dashboard:

Four options when uploading a file are mandatory, these are highlighted by a red asterisk. You need to ensure you select a file type, choose a file to upload, ensure the ‘Uploaded by Organisation’ is correct and enter the expiry date:

Please note the expiry date will either correspond with the document you are uploading, for instance if it is a certificate which expires on 31st December 2020, or you can select ‘No expiry date’ if this isn’t applicable:

For options that are not mandatory, if the document has one please enter an issue date, associate any relevant products, enter a version number if applicable and a score:

Finally, you can then choose which organisations you would like to be able to see the file. You can either select ‘None’ or ‘Only selected organisations’.

If you choose to only share with select organisations, you are able to choose which ones from ‘My Customers’, ‘My Suppliers’ and ‘Public Chain Members’:

Please ensure you click save once you have followed this process.
