It's possible to upload multiple files against an organisation's profile, while you can also categorise the documents and assign them to products quickly and easily. Here's a very quick look at the process; if that's too fast, simply scroll down to see the step-by-step process.
1) Navigate to the Organisations page:
2) From here, locate the organisation that you want to add files to and click its tile:
3) This will open the organisation's page, listing the products they supply and the documents already associated to them.
4) Press Upload Files:
5) A pop-up screen will appear and you can either 'drag and drop' the files or browse for them in explorer:
6) Once you've selected the files you want to add, press Upload Files:
7) Once the upload has processed, a document viewer will display and you can add the file details:
Categorise the document by selecting a file type (e.g. Sedex Certificate).
Choose an expiry date for the document.
If the document is associated to a product or products, you can select these.
You can scroll through the documents to complete the file details for all.
When you've finished, press done.
Please note: You do not have to categorise the files, you can upload only.
8) Your files are now added to the organisation and will display in the main part of the screen.
