To add a new Task List, click on the Tasks tab in the menu:
Click on Create a new task list under Actions:
The following form will open:
Complete the form as follows:
Create tasks list:
Title – Enter a title for the task
Due by – Enter the date the task list must be completed.
Tasks – This section allows you to enter multiple tasks within the task list:
Title – Enter the title for the specific task.
Guidance – Enter guidance notes for the task.
Assign to organisations – Click Select organisations and a list of all your suppliers will appear. Tick the box next to the organisation(s) you wish to assign the task to. Then click Save:
Assigned by – If you are assigned to more than one site (for example with multiple organisations under one main organisation) you must select the site the task is to be assigned by.
Please note – you can also upload a file to the task by clicking Upload a file. You will then have to fill out details of the file in a similar format as described in "TSC - Adding Files"
Once you have completed this you can add another task to the task list by clicking Add another task, and following the same steps as above:
Either click Save and issue tasks to issue the tasks and make the list visible to the users on the organisations it was assigned to, or click Save task list if you wish to issue the task list at a later date. Alternatively, click Save as template if you wish to save this task in the library, enabling you to issue to a number of organisations in the future.
