You have the option to copy a PPU.
This could be useful if you have a large list of pesticides to save you having to add them all again or if you have more than 25 growers with the same pesticides you can copy the PPU and add your next set of growers or if you are using the same pesticides but want to change the crop.
Navigate to the Pesticides tab and select PPUs
All your archived PPUs will load
Use the column on the left side of the PPU to select the PPU you would like to copy and then on the right hand side under the actions menu select Copy
A pop up will appear select Copy PPU
This will take you to the Create PPU screen, you will see that it has copied across all the data which the original PPU had.
Edit the data, Suppliers/Crop/Pesticides, Make sure you review the Harvest Year and add the new expiry date.
Once you are happy that the information is correct select from the following options at the bottom of the screen:
Submit - Saves the PPU ready for the review process.
Submit & Review - Saves the PPU and immediately moves you onto the review process to complete.
Save for Later - Saves the PPU but allows you to come back later if you have not quite finished with your changes
