Did you know that you can now create a Group PPU within Pesticide Manager in TELUS Supply Chain?
To create a Group PPU for up to 25 suppliers, and keep them together with the same information instead of creating up to 25 single PPUs.
Navigate to the Create PPU area from the dashboard:
Once you are taken to the PPUs screen, begin to add your Suppliers. Click “Select Suppliers” and tick all that you would like included on this PPU up to the total amount of 25. Tick all that apply and then please ensure you click “Add Suppliers”:
In this example, we’ve added the full total of 25 Suppliers to the new PPU. Once you’ve done that, the next step would be to click “Group PPU” which will appear next to where you’ve added your suppliers:
Once you’ve done that, the next steps would be to finish off creating your PPU. Select the Harvest Year, who needs to review it, an expiry date, the crop, crop situation and finally add the relevant Pesticides.

Next, either select “Save for later” or “Submit”. Please note, if you select Save for Later, your PPU(s) will have a “Not Submitted” status and that means it cannot be Shared with your customers.
Once you have Submitted your PPU, depending on the number of Suppliers you added at the start will depend on how many Suppliers will show as being grouped on this PPU! We selected 25 – so you can see 25 grouped back in the PPUs screen here by hovering over the supplier section:
You will now need to review and share the PPU in the normal way.
