Did you know that our TELUS Supply Chain system now offers a way to assess your producer's sustainability?
To do this, you will need to have had this functionality enabled (by your account manager, or the party requesting that you perform these assessments)
To access this area, you should be able to see an "Assess" dropdown, on logging in. On hovering over it, a dropdown should appear
After clicking this, you should then see a selection of farms to assess, similar to the below
After clicking either "Start", or continue, you will then face a page similar to the below
Once you've filled it all out, click on "Result" and you should then be taken to the below screen
Once everything has been filled out (You'll see a red box highlighting the sections that are incomplete) the "Submit Results" button will now be accessible, and available for clicking.
