SNA (Stichting Normering Arbeid) is an organisation that sets quality standards for the labour market. The SNA certification provides extra protection for our clients. If, for any reason, Temper makes a mistake regarding tax contributions (which is unlikely), our clients are exempt from the 'inlenersaansprakelijkheid'—the responsibility to pay any missed tax contributions.
