Overview
If your property manager has enabled it, you can pay your rent balances with a credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, etc.) This also includes a Debit Card. While this is convenient, credit card and debit card payments will incur a 3.25% Platform Fee (service fee).
The Steps
To make a payment with a credit card on the tenant portal, you need to first add it as a saved payment method. To add a credit card as a new payment method, first click the menu button at the top left corner.
Then click Payment Methods from the menu.
From the Payment Methods page, click +Add Payment Method button.
On the New Payment Method wizard, choose the Credit / Debit Card as the payment method. Enter your Name, Address, and Card Information accurately, including the CVC code and Zip Code associated with your card.
Click Save Payment Method when you are done. (You do not need to check the box to save your information for faster checkout.
If the card number was entered correctly and verified by the processor, you will now see it as a saved payment method under the Payment Methods section. You can now go and create a new payment using your credit card.
