Overview
Google Pay and Apple Pay can now be used as payment methods when paying your rent online. If your property manager has credit card and debit card payments available, you can use Google Pay or Apple Pay as an available method. However, you must log into your tenant portal on your mobile device to add them to your saved payment methods.
The Steps
Pay with Apple Pay (Must Use Safari)
To pay with Apple Pay, you must be logged into your tenant portal via your iPhone.
On your tenant portal homepage, click Make a Payment.
If you already have an Auto-Pay set up, click Make Another Payment or View Existing Settings to edit your current Auto-Pay.
Regardless of which you choose, it will take you to the Make a Payment wizard. Enter your payment details and move to the next step by clicking Next.
On the Payment Method section, select New Payment Method and choose Apple Pay as your payment method. Then click Next.
You should now get a popup on your iPhone to confirm the addition of your Apple Pay details to your tenant portal. Double click the side button to confirm.
The last step is to continue with the payment process from your tenant portal. Your Apple Pay details should now be saved as a payment method you can use in the future.

Things to Consider
You must use the mobile version of your tenant portal through a browser.
Must use Chrome or Safari, not the DoorLoop app.
Once you save your Google Pay or Apple Pay payment methods, you'll be able to use them regardless of where you are viewing the tenant portal from.
