How to edit or remove an asset icon from the site map

Find out how to change or delete asset icons from your site planning page

Until a site goes live, you can edit the asset type of assets you have positioned on your site map. You can also delete these asset icons.

How to edit an asset icon

  1. Log in to your Tended Dashboard

  2. Click on the "Projects" tab

  3. Find the project you want to make changes to and click "View project"

  4. You should now be at the project overview page. Scroll down to the site timeline:

    1. Find the site you want to make changes in and click "Edit site"

  5. Find the asset icon you'd like to change and click the icon

  6. The asset type list should now show in the left-hand panel. Click on the drop-down arrow next to the name

  7. Choose and click on the new asset type

  8. Changes you make will automatically save.

How to remove an asset icon

  1. Log in to your Tended Dashboard.

  2. Click on the "Projects" tab

  3. Find the project you want to make changes to and click "View project"

  4. You should now be at the project overview page. Scroll down to the site timeline:

    1. Find the site you want to make changes to and click "Edit site".

  5. On the site map, click on bin icon and then click on the asset you wish to remove

  6. Click "Finish" on the remove tool

  7. Changes will automatically save.
