Yes. You can always download your contacts, which you own and control. You can also upload an existing subscriber list into Tertulia, as long as those subscribers have explicitly opted in to receive emails from you. When you start sending from a new domain, emailing a large list right away can be a red flag to inbox providers like Gmail. To protect your sender reputation, we start with an initial import limit of 200 contacts. This helps you send to your most engaged audience first and build a strong track record.
Before importing, we recommend:
• Removing old or inactive addresses (6–12+ months)
• Only including contacts who have clearly opted in
• Focusing on your most engaged readers
After your first campaign, we review performance and can increase your limit.
