The project must be initialized for TTM in order to create a test. If the project is not initialized see: team managed initialization or company managed initialization.

There are few options to create a test case in Tricentis Test Management:

Click "Create":

Select "Test Case" issue type:

You can create test cases from inside the Test Management app.

Navigate to the test design tab and then click the button "Add new test case":

You can also create test cases from the requirements tab. To cover a requirement you select the requirement and click on plus button:

Now click on the button "Create linked test case":

Note: the created test case will already have link type that covers the requirement you created the test case from.

To create test cases from a requirements you can use AI. Click on the button "Generate test cases with AI" and let TTM for Jira do the magic for you. You can find this button on any requirement in the requirement tab:

Once you have reviewed and updated the tests click "Create test cases":

You can create test cases in an excel format and import them using the import wizard.
