Quick Summary: The app does not currently include a built-in print or full-page export feature, but you can capture complete screens using the free Chrome extension Awesome Screenshot. Setup takes only a few minutes, and once installed, full-page exports can be generated instantly whenever needed.

Purpose

Capture, save, print, or share full screens that cannot be exported directly from within the app.

Step 1: Install the Awesome Screenshot Extension

  1. Click Add to Chrome.

Step 2: Add the Extension

  1. In the window that opens, click Add to Chrome again.

  2. Select Add extension.

  3. Sign in or skip sign-in depending on preference.

Step 3: Pin the Extension for Quick Access

  1. Click the puzzle icon beside your browser profile.

  2. In the drop-down menu, find Awesome Screenshot.

  3. Click the push-pin icon until it turns blue.

Step 4: Update Save Preferences

  1. Open the extension panel.

  2. Enable saving to local storage instead of cloud.

Step 5: Prepare the Screen for Capture

  1. Collapse the left navigation menu to maximise viewing space.

  2. Adjust zoom using Ctrl + +, Ctrl + −, or Ctrl + Mouse wheel.

Step 7: Capture the Full Page

  1. Open the Awesome Screenshot extension.

  2. Go to Capture.

  3. Select Full page.

Step 8: Export or Print Your Screen

  1. Review the capture.

  2. Export as PNG, PDF, or print directly.

  3. Optional: Annotate before saving if required.

💡 Tips

  • Ideal for dashboards and long reports: Use this when on-screen data cannot be exported natively.

  • Fast repeat use: Once installed, full page export typically takes under ten seconds.
