Purpose
Capture, save, print, or share full screens that cannot be exported directly from within the app.
Step 1: Install the Awesome Screenshot Extension
Navigate to https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/
Click Add to Chrome.
Step 2: Add the Extension
In the window that opens, click Add to Chrome again.
Select Add extension.
Sign in or skip sign-in depending on preference.
Step 3: Pin the Extension for Quick Access
Click the puzzle icon beside your browser profile.
In the drop-down menu, find Awesome Screenshot.
Click the push-pin icon until it turns blue.
Step 4: Update Save Preferences
Open the extension panel.
Enable saving to local storage instead of cloud.
Step 5: Prepare the Screen for Capture
Collapse the left navigation menu to maximise viewing space.
Adjust zoom using Ctrl + +, Ctrl + −, or Ctrl + Mouse wheel.
Step 7: Capture the Full Page
Step 8: Export or Print Your Screen
Review the capture.
Export as PNG, PDF, or print directly.
Optional: Annotate before saving if required.
