Step 2: Whitelist Netstock Domains

Add netstock.co and any other required Netstock domains to your email allow list.

Step 3: Adjust Spam Filter Rules

Update spam filtering rules so that messages from Netstock are not marked as spam.

You may need to:

  • Bypass spam filtering: Create rules to bypass spam checks for emails originating from netstock.co or our Sendgrid IP address 168.245.11.198

  • Add to trusted senders: Include our email address or domain in your email server’s list of trusted senders.

Step 4: Whitelist the Email Address

Add usernotifications@netstock.co to your approved or trusted sender list. This action varies depending on your mail platform.

Examples based on your source:

  • Microsoft Outlook/Exchange: Add the email address to the safe senders list.

  • Google Workspace: Use the admin console to create an allowlist entry for the email address.

  • Spam filtering services: Check your spam filter’s documentation for instructions on adding an email address to the trusted list

Step 5: Validate Content and Security Checks

Some email filters may scan content for potential threats. Adjust these filters to recognize our password reset emails as legitimate if necessary.

You may need to:

  • Configure your email security software to trust emails with headers authenticated by Sendgrid.
