To enhance your mapping precision, the portal includes multiple map views and support tools.

Map Layers

Choose the map layer that best supports your job:

  • Google (Default) – Basic street view

  • Google Hybrid – Ideal for rural areas or aerial perspective

  • Bing (Roads, Labeled Aerials) – Alternate visual styles

  • Parcels – Property boundary overlays for precision marking

  • County – Outlines county lines

💡Pro Tip:

Parcel and county layers work best when combined with Google or Bing Roads views.

Additional Tools

  • Clear – Removes all drawn elements from the map.

  • Refresh Map – Reloads the map in case of lag or display issues.

  • Zoom to Extent – Zooms out to show the entire map area.

  • Zoom to Point – Input GPS coordinates to place a marker (for visual aid only).

💡Pro Tip:

Include GPS in your ticket text if you want utility members to use it for locating.
