Branding is one of the most powerful parts of Tezzera — in just a few clicks, your entire client experience becomes a seamless extension of your studio’s identity. Every form, invoice, meeting page, and client portal instantly feels branded, cohesive, and uniquely yours.
We recommend setting up your branding early so everything you create from this point forward automatically reflects your studio. This guide walks you through how to customize your workspace branding inside the Appearance settings.

Where to Find Appearance Settings
You can access the Appearance page two ways:
Option 1: Through the Manage menu
Manage → Appearance
Option 2: Through Workspace Settings
Click the ⋯ menu (next to your workspace name) → Appearance
Both paths lead to the same branding controls.
Appearance Settings Overview
The Appearance page is divided into two sections:
Assets
Colors
Assets include your logo and fonts, the foundational elements of your visual identity. Colors determine how buttons, backgrounds, and accents appear across your workspace
1. Upload Your Logo (Assets)
Adding your logo helps instantly brand your workspace. To upload your logo:
Go to Appearance → Assets
Click the logo upload area
Select a file from your computer
Your logo appears in the preview panel
Click Save Changes to apply it
Where your logo appears:
Invoices
Forms
Client Portal layouts
Meeting pages
Dashboard headers
Email notifications
When you update your logo, all client-facing surfaces update instantly. You do not need to resend links.
2. Add Your Brand Fonts (Assets)
Tezzera supports uploading your own brand fonts, including Adobe Fonts exported.
To upload custom fonts:
Go to Appearance → Assets → Brand Fonts
Select the Upload tab
Upload your .woff2 file
Confirm you have rights to use the font
Click the font to apply it across your workspace
Tezzera uses one primary brand font to keep everything clean and consistent. If you upload multiple fonts, you can switch between them anytime.
Font behavior:
If you upload more than one font, you can choose which one is assigned for Heading Text or Body Text.
If you do not upload a font, Tezzera uses a clean system default
Fonts update instantly after saving
Troubleshooting fonts:
Make sure the file is .woff2 (required for web performance)
Refresh the page if the font doesn’t appear right away
Re-upload if the preview does not update
3. Customize Your Brand Colors (Colors)
Under the Colors section, you can set all the brand colors that appear across your workspace. Color settings include:
Button color
Button text color
Border color
Background color
Additional UI accents
All color pickers update your preview in real time.
Important: Colors do not autosave. You must click Save Changes to apply the updates.
Tips for choosing your colors:
Use high-contrast combinations so buttons remain readable
Keep accessibility in mind for client visibility
Use your studio’s real brand palette for consistency
Test your button text color carefully to ensure visibility
Troubleshooting color changes:
If a color doesn’t appear updated, make sure you saved changes
Refresh the workspace if a preview doesn’t immediately reflect an update
Double-check that your brand colors aren’t too light for readability
4. Real-Time Preview
As you adjust logos, fonts, and colors, the preview panel updates instantly so you can check:
Button contrast
Text readability
Brand consistency
How your logo sits within the header
How your selected palette affects the UI
Preview updates immediately, but changes only go live after Save Changes.
5. How Branding Applies Across Tezzera
