2. Customize a Roster Layout

  1. Select Administration in the top menu, then navigate to the Roster Layouts page

  2. Select the tab at the top of the page for the layout you want to edit

  3. Review the Available Fields section, which lists all fields available for that layout, and Your Template, which lists the fields that will display for users in your program

  4. Select the right arrow ">" next to a field in Available Fields to add it to Your Template. Select the left arrow "<" next to a field in Your Template to remove it

  5. Select the move icon next to a field in Your Template and drag it to reorder the field

  6. Select Restore Defaults if an error is made or you want to return to the default field list

  7. Select Save Roster Layout to finalize your edits

  8. Select Cancel to discard any changes made

  9. Photos will display on roster layouts by default. To remove photos from the Facesheet and Print Page layouts, toggle Show Avatar by Default

Note: Only data fields uploaded from ERAS into Thalamus, or specific Thalamus fields such as date information, will populate. If data is missing, review your CSV upload and confirm the specific data is included.

3. Customize Facesheet and Print Page layouts

The Facesheet and Print Page layouts include additional customization options when printing. You can access these options when opening the Facesheet through the calendar or the print page through the applicant list. You can:

  • List one candidate per sheet

  • Hide or show the candidate photo/avatar

Note: We recommend selecting Create PDF when printing to create a more standardized look for your rosters.
