This video will provide step-by-step instructions to assign applicants to Tiers and Scheduling Groups.

Please note that applicants must be scheduled into at least one Tier and Scheduling Group in order to schedule an interview. An applicant's Tiers and Scheduling Groups cannot be changed once they have scheduled an interview.
