Do I have to pay customs fees for my order?
Updated over a month ago

For orders shipped outside the European Union, including to Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and Norway, customs duties and taxes may apply. These fees are not included in the total price of your order and must be paid directly to the carrier or relevant authorities in your country.

Customs duties are taxes imposed on goods transported across international borders. They help governments raise revenue, protect domestic industries, and regulate the movement of goods.

As customs fees vary by country, we recommend consulting your local customs office or using tools like Simply Duty for accurate details.

If you make an international purchase, you will be listed as the official importer and responsible for covering any customs duties. Depending on the destination country, you might be required to provide personal details, such as SSN, EIN, IRN, TIN, or EORI. The shipping company will contact you directly to collect the necessary details and fees.

For country-specific customs guidance:

UK: Consult the UK Government customs page.

EU: Refer to the European Commission customs page.

Hong Kong: Visit the Hong Kong Customs and Excise Department.

For all other countries, please consult your local customs website or office for specific information.

Important Notes

• We do not cover customs duties or fees.

• Orders shipped outside the European Union, including to Switzerland, the UK, and Norway, are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning additional charges may apply.

• If import duties are not included during checkout, you will be responsible for paying them upon receipt.
