In most cases, no, you do not have to pay customs fees or any additional shipping fees for your order.
For orders placed on or after April 9, 2025, we ship Duties Paid (DDP) to the following destinations: United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Switzerland, Japan, Australia, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, South Korea, Hong Kong, and all European Union countries. This means any applicable import duties and taxes are included in your order total and prepaid, so you should not be charged extra at delivery.
What about countries not listed above?
For deliveries outside the European Union that are not in our DDP list, shipments are sent on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis, sometimes referred to as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means:
You may be responsible for paying import duties, customs clearance fees, and local taxes upon arrival of the shipment.
Your local authorities set these charges and vary by country.
