If you do not collect your order or refuse delivery, the parcel may not be automatically returned to us. In some cases, it could be destroyed or abandoned by the courier or customs authorities.
Refused deliveries that are destroyed or abandoned are the customer's full responsibility, and we cannot issue refunds in such cases.
If the parcel is successfully returned to us, you will receive a refund for the products, minus a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs are nonrefundable, and you may also be charged for the return shipment.
