If you do not collect or refuse the delivery of your order, the parcel may not be automatically returned to us. In some cases, it could be destroyed by the courier or customs authorities.
Refused deliveries that are destroyed are the full responsibility of the customer, and we cannot issue refunds in such cases.
If the parcel is not destroyed and is successfully returned to us, you will receive a refund for the products, minus a 25% restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded, and you may also be charged for the return shipment.
