If you refuse the delivery of your order, please note that the parcel will not automatically be returned to us. In some cases, the parcel may even be destroyed by the courier or customs authorities.

Refused deliveries that are destroyed are the full responsibility of the customer, and we cannot offer refunds in such cases.

If the package is not destroyed and is successfully returned to us, you will receive a refund for the products, minus a 25% restocking fee. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded, and you may also be charged for the return shipment.
