The Job Revenue Report shows the details of the jobs that have been marked completed, and are factoring into your revenue.
The report loads up to show the current month-to-date by default, but can be filtered for any revenue date range. The revenue date range is the date range that the jobs get marked completed in the system. (How to mark line items/jobs complete)
There's also saved filter templates for standard ranges like Revenue this week, month, year - or, last week, month, year, etc.
The Job Revenue Report includes many useful columns of data relating to the completed jobs: ie. Completed/Revenue date, Revenue Amount, Taxes, Payments, Balances Owing, Assigned Employees, Customer-related information, Service addresses, and the Product Categories related to each job.
There are also many filtering options available, so if you want to filter your job revenue by more than just the revenue date range, there are many filter options to help you get the insights you need. You can even filter to see Initial revenue (first-time, new customer) vs. Secondary revenue (repeat).
(Send us a chat if you need help applying the right filters)
At the bottom of the report page, you'll find helpful calculations of the total number of jobs, the total revenue amount (never includes tax), and the average revenue per job.
