Once we have activated the SMS Notification feature in your system, you can then select and purchase a local phone number on the Phone Numbers builder page. NOTE: Please send us a chat if you would like to activate SMS Notifications in your system.  If SMS has not been activated, you will receive a message to 'contact support' when attempting to configure SMS features.

When buying a phone number, start by selecting your BPro location name and then enter the area code that you would like to search available phone number for and click 'search'.  

You will then be able to select any of the available phone numbers as your outbound SMS number for BPro.  Once you have selected your phone number, you will then have the ability to name your phone number and give it a description if needed.  Lastly, click the 'buy' button at the bottom of the form to complete the purchase and reserve your number. 

Success!  You can now assign this phone number when setting up your SMS notification templates.  Check out these handy related articles below for further reference:
