1. Navigate to Your Group Page
Click the Main Menu in the top-left corner.
Select your Group from the menu.
2. Access the Invite Tab
On your group page:
Locate the Invite tab on the right-hand side of the screen.
Click to open the invitation options.
3. Choose Your Invitation Method
You have two ways to invite coaches to your group:
Option 1: Email Invitations
Enter the email addresses of the coaches you want to invite.
Press Enter to add each email.
Assign an access level for each coach:
Member – Can access the group page and view content in the group locker
Manager – Can view content, save and organize resources in the group locker
Admin – Full access: add/remove coaches, view usage reports, and manage group locker content.
Click Invite.
Coaches will receive an email containing a registration link to join your group.
Option 2: Copy Invitation Link
Copy the unique invitation link provided in the Invite tab.
Share the link directly with coaches via email, chat, or any communication platform.
Once they click the link and register, they will automatically be added to your group.
Tips for Group Admins
Ensure you assign the correct access level based on the coach’s role in your organization.
Coaches with free profiles can still join the group and access shared content, but full TCS+ content access requires a premium subscription.
You can update coach access levels at any time from the Group Page > Members tab.
