Option 1: Reset Your Password (If You’re Locked Out)
If you’re unable to log in, you can reset your password directly from the login page.
Steps to Reset Your Password
Go to the TCS Login page.
Click Trouble Logging In?
Enter the email address associated with your TCS account.
Check your inbox for a Reset Password email and follow the instructions.
Important Note
If the email address tied to your TCS account does not match the email used for billing, you may not receive the reset link.
If this happens, please contact our Support Team at members@thecoachessite.com, and we’ll help reset your password.
Option 2: Change Your Password (If You’re Logged In)
If you already have access to your account, you can update your password from within your Account Settings.
Steps to Change Your Password
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
Select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.
Navigate to the Password tab.
Enter your new password in both fields.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Helpful Tips
Choose a secure password you don’t use elsewhere.
Always click Save to ensure your changes are applied.
