How do I find and request a receipt for my purchase on The Coaches Site?

If you purchased a premium membership, you can easily access receipts for your transactions on The Coaches Site. Receipts provide proof of purchase and are useful for reimbursement, accounting, or record-keeping purposes.

1. Accessing Receipts for Your Individual Account

  • Click on your Profile icon in the top-right corner and select Account Settings

  • Navigate to Subscriptions and select Manage your Payments and Invoices.

  • You will be prompted to enter your email address associated with you TCS account.

  • Once logged into your Customer Portal, you will see a list of your recent purchases.

  • Click Download Invoice or Download Receipt next to the transaction you want.


2. Requesting a Receipt

If you cannot locate your receipt or need a copy for a past purchase:

    • Your full name

    • Email address associated with your account

    • The purchase date or approximate time frame
