1. Accessing Receipts for Your Individual Account
Click on your Profile icon in the top-right corner and select Account Settings
Navigate to Subscriptions and select Manage your Payments and Invoices.
You will be prompted to enter your email address associated with you TCS account.
Once logged into your Customer Portal, you will see a list of your recent purchases.
Click Download Invoice or Download Receipt next to the transaction you want.
2. Requesting a Receipt
If you cannot locate your receipt or need a copy for a past purchase:
Email info@thecoachessite.com with:
Your full name
Email address associated with your account
The purchase date or approximate time frame
Our support team will send a copy of your receipt directly to your inbox.
