The Lucky Joint Club

We are so glad you asked! To participate in the Lucky Joint Club, all you need to do is have an account with us, and place your first order through your account. The moment you place that first order, you will gain access to exclusive offers and begin earning points. The points breakdown can be found above, as well as what each tier offers. Entry level, aka the Gardener, begins with a free gift coupon sent to your email, points on every order, and access to the exclusive “Canteen”, where you can find specialty bundles to fit your needs! You only go up in rewards from there.

Then you are a tried and true member of our club! If you’ve placed orders with us for a while now through your account, you likely know the drill. You earn points that redeem into store credits, and receive emails on exclusive offers once you have reached “VIP” status.

Now, with our new and improved Lucky Joint Club, anyone with an account who has placed an order can participate. We offer three tiers, rather than two, and you begin to earn rewards the moment you make a purchase. Based on how much you’ve purchased with us since the beginning of the year, we will automatically assign you to your proper tier. This means that if you’ve purchased $500+ in the year, then you are already a Botanist and will receive all of the exclusive offers alongside it!

Any current VIP customers are split into two sections: Account holders and Non-Account holders. Those who have an account created with us already will automatically join into the Lucky Joint Club based on the information found in “What if I already have an account?”.

Those who are non-account holders will be included in a series of campaigns on sales we run over the next few months. These campaigns will continue to offer your current pre-sale and additional 5% off reward as a current VIP member, however, disclaimers will be added to inform you of how we will be swapping over to our updated VIP program, LJC. To continue earning your VIP rewards, you must create an account with us! These campaigns will run on a limited time offer, of which you will be notified of in the emails. If you would like to have any orders placed under guest checkout since January 1st 2025 added to your new account once created, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Each tier comes with its own exclusive offers and badge. In your account, you will be able to view in your dashboard which tier you are currently in based on your Lucky Joint Club badge, and a chart counting your current amount spent for the year!

Upon entry into each tier, you will receive an email confirming your status. New members will receive an introductory email and free gift reward, while pre-existing members will receive a status update on which tier they currently reside in, and a free gift reward! Gaining entry into a new tier also means gaining even more rewards than ever before, so be sure to keep your eyes open for any member deals you might earn as you move up.

Tiers reset every calendar year, rather than 365 days from the date you created your first order. That way, we all get a clean start into the new year! None of your earned points/credits will be lost, but your tier will start again at the Gardener level every January 1st and last until December 31st. Once you place your first order in the new year, you will be able to work your way back up to KingPin in no time!

Access to the specialty product page “The Canteen” is granted once you officially join The Lucky Joint Club; after your first order is completed and you have become a Gardener. This where you will see exclusive bundles, merchandise, top secret information on new product launches, and more!

Exclusive member discounts and early access will be rewarded to higher ranking tiers such as the Botanist and KingPin. The Botanists will receive an additional 5% off on select sales, while KingPins earn a whopping additional 8% off; both will also have the opportunity to access select pre-sales! These additional coupons won’t be available on every sale we run, but fear not, you will receive email updates any time these exclusive offers are available. Points are earned on every order as long as you are logged in to your account. $1 spent = 1 point earned. Each point is worth 10 cents, so having 200 points in your account would equate to $20 in credit once redeemed. You also earn additional points by creating an account with us (+10), placing your first order (+10), and even by spending $200+ on an order (+50)!

Points expire 365 days after they have been earned. To utilize points, be sure to redeem them into store credit.

Points will be revoked only when refunds or cancellations take place on an existing order, or the points expire.

As mentioned above, points have to be redeemed into store credits so they can be applicable to your order! You can do this by going to “my points” in your dashboard and entering the value you wish to turn into credits. Once turned into credits, you can confirm this in “store credits”, and there will be the option to apply them during step 1 of checkout. Your points balance can be checked by visiting the “my points” tab in your account. Here you can view your entire points history, what order they were earned for, and when you redeemed them into credit.

Points are posted to your account as soon as you have begun to earn them! The only time there will ever be a delay is when we run our speciality “double points” days, which occur periodically.
