Redeeming Points and Applying Store Credit

A step-by-step on how to redeem and apply your points/credits

How can I apply change my loyalty points into store credit to be used on an order?

We are glad you asked! This is a two step process, so we understand it may be a little confusing. To redeem loyalty points, you can access them in your account under "my points", from here, you can enter the desired amount and redeem them. They will then redeem into store credit, and you can view that this action was done in your points history, as well as under the "store credits" tab on your account. Your points history will show all of your previous points that have been used/redeemed. For a helpful step by step, view the photos below!

  • Redeeming points alone will not apply them to your order, as it is the store credit that must be applied on the checkout page in order for it to take an amount off of your order. Points must be redeemed into credits before application is eligible.

  • Step 1: Find your dashboard

  • Step 2: Redeeming Points

    • Enter the desired amount, and press "redeem points as store credit"

    • Once done, you can see this reflected in your points history.

  • Step 3: Store Credit Tab

    • Confirm the redemption of your points by checking the store credits tab. This will reflect the $ amount that was redeemed, and when.

  • Step 4: Apply Store Credit

  • After the points have been redeemed, they will now be available as store credit in your account. You can view this in the "store credits" tab on your account as mentioned above, and it will show that the points have been redeemed into "x" amount of $. Store credit is applicable as long as you are logged in to your account, on the first step of checkout. Directly beneath the coupon code box it will state "apply store credit discounts?" in bold. Click this, and it will open up a box that shows how many credits are available to apply to your order! If you have a subscription in your cart, this option will not appear, as they cannot be combined*.

  • If you accidentally checked out and only redeemed your points into store credit, but did not apply it to your order, unfortunately we would not be able to apply it after the charge has gone through. Worry not! These credits are still available in your account, and can be used on any future orders*. You can see these available in the store credit tab on your account.

  • If you refresh your page at all during the checkout process, or the order fails, this will remove the store credit discount from your order, and it will need to be applied again on the next purchase attempt.

    *Store credits cannot be applied towards subscription orders
