Processing & Shipping Times

Our up to date processing and shipping times so you can estimate your order arrival!

Current processing times: 2-5 business days from the time your order is placed. Shipping times are separate and depend on the selection chosen at checkout.

  • Our business hours are Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm. We are closed on weekends and major holidays. Orders placed on Friday evenings or weekends will go out the upcoming business week from the time they are placed.

    • Orders placed within 24-hours will likely not go out the next day to allow customers time to cancel or alter any information on the order. Once packages are booked for shipment, we are not able to alter the shipping address, so please be cautious when entering this information at checkout.

Shipping times also vary depending on the service selected at checkout and are separate from processing times. These estimated dates begin once we book your package for shipment and transport it to our local USPS facility. Prior to booking, your order is in the processing stage.

  • Priority Mail: Estimated 1-5 business days (not guaranteed)

  • Flat Rate/Free Shipping: Estimated 2-10 business days – Ships USPS Ground Advantage

Since we ship out packages, we rely upon our shipping providers to deliver your package once it has left our facility. They often face an influx of packages during busy seasons or if there are national weather advisories, so please understand that delays may occur. At this time, we only offer USPS services.

*Please note, we are responsible for providing you with your tracking information once your order has been booked. Orders are taken to the local USPS services at the end of each business day prior to being transferred to the main distribution hubs. We are not responsible for the package once it has been delivered to the carrier service for transit. We kindly ask that you please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates once your order has been booked. If there are any oddities on the tracking information during transit, this would be due to an error from the shipping service. We are only provided with the same tracking details as our customers.
