Thresholds can be set against Fitness Tests, GPS metrics, Survey Questions and A:C thresholds within Load Management. Alerts can be seen on the respective are dashboard as well as the Squad Dashboard.
You will need 'Fitness Administrator' user role to set these thresholds.
Fitness Tests
You set thresholds against each fitness test by going to System > Fitness tab > Testing.
Find the test in the list or create a new one.
PLEASE NOTE - For each test, you choose an interpretation for Higher or Lower is better, this becomes important on the threshold settings.
Targets
From the cog on the right of the relevant test, you can click Set Targets. From here you can now set thresholds for the whole squad or set individual thresholds.
You can either use NEW TARGET which gives a Red or Green alert i.e. A player must score 50 or above in fitness test X OR you can use the Threshold settings with a LOWER and UPPER TARGET. Depending on the interpretation mentioned earlier if Higher is better for example, Below the Lower Target = Red, Between the Lower and Upper Target = Amber, Above the Upper = Green.
Standard Deviation
If you'd like to set alerts from the Standard Deviation changes in the data from the players average, from the Fitness Test page, on the cog, click Edit > check the option to use Standard Deviation > you can then select the time frame of data in which you wish to take calculated the average

Update your settings on the right hand side.
Alert colours for Standard Deviation are fixed
0-1 SD away from the players average = Green
1-2 SD away from the players average = Amber
+2 SD away from the players average = Red
This is all dependent on Higher or Lower is better.
GPS Metrics
You set thresholds against each GPS metric by going to System > GPS Headers. Find the metric in the list or create a new one.
PLEASE NOTE - For each test, you choose an interpretation for Higher or Lower is better, this becomes important on the threshold settings.
Targets
From the cog on the right of the relevant GPS metric, you can click Set Targets.
Banded Targets
If you'd like to see your results as a banded score instead of raw figures you can set that here.
You can set banded targets for the whole squad or individuals. You can set up to 10 bands per metric. When viewing results you will see the band number instead of the raw data.
Optimal Ranges
Optimal ranges allow you to set Lower Red, Lower Amber, Upper Amber and Upper Red ranges/alerts to give better context on what the alert means i.e. is it Red because they are under or over their set threshold.
Survey Alerts
You set thresholds against each Survey Question by going to System > Fitness > Wellbeing Surveys > Manage questions (in related links). Find the question in the list or create a new one.
Targets and Standard Deviation Settings
From the cog on the right of the relevant survey question, you can click Set Alerts.
From here you can now set alerts for the whole squad in the top panel OR you can configure individual alerts from the cog on the right of the respective player.
Recipients - You can select to alert recipients by email (as well as the dashboard flags). Choose the staff users who you wish to get that alert.
PLEASE NOTE - This email goes to the email address attached to the user account of the recipient.
Operator - This allows you to choose how the alert will work i.e. Equal to, Greater than , Less than etc
Threshold - Depending on the question type will depend what you can do here - If it is a Number Range, you will see the range of numbers to select what number the threshold should work from i.e. Less than 5
If you have Word options you can select which word triggers the alert i.e. Equal to YES.
Standard Deviation - If you check this option ON, it gives you the time frame of data in which you wish to take calculate the average.
It also gives you the interpretation of the question in regards Higher or Lower scores are better.
Load Manager
Within the preset settings you have the option to set alert zones. You can refer to a full Load Manager user guide here.
You can set alerts against the Acute period data, the Chronic period data or the interpretation which is selected earlier in the preset i.e. Training Stress Balance, % of Max etc.
You set the alert by clicking 'Add Custom Line'. Further options are presented which affect the Load Manager charts but are also used on the Squad Dashboard alerts.
Type - For Load Manager whether you want to see a Line, Zone or work from a Percentage
Start and End Values - Allow you to set the range of the alert i.e. from 0 - 0.8
Colour - Create a colour for Load Manager charts ONLY - If you have zones, this whole zone would be coloured on the charts when viewing Load Manager
Traffic Light Colour - This is the colour what will be seen on Load Manager Matrix table and on the Squad Dashboard traffic light.
So you could have pink for the chart colour but that relates to a Red traffic light alert
Squad Dashboard
Once thresholds or alerts are set, you may want to add these to your Squad Dashboard/Sport Science Dashboard.
You can find more about the settings for this dashboard here
To manage the metrics on this dashboard, go to System > Fitness tab > Other options > click 'Player Register Settings'
You should now see a full list of all available metrics from the aforementioned areas.
PLEASE NOTE - Within your Wellbeing survey questions, only Numeric, Radio Range, or Radio Options with YES/NO answer options are available to show on the dashboard.
To add your metric, simply find it in the available list and click ADD.
You can alter the order these appear by using the arrows in the list. You can remove a metric by clicking REMOVE.
For each metric, you can also choose to show 'Todays' score, 'Yesterdays score' OR the 'Last Score' recorded (within a 3 month period.
The use cases for this are, you may want to see todays Sleep Score but you would like to see the last Skinfold fitness test score taken
