You can initially claim/redeem your card, and check its balance and transactions, by going to “My Cards” in the app, then tap on the card that you'd like to check, and then copy the challenge token of your card and tap “View Card” (see the images below).
After that, you need to paste the challenge token into the redemption page that opens after you click "View Card".
You will then be taken to a page with your card details, transaction details, and balance.
We always suggest writing down your card details in case you lose access to your card or mobile app.
