Steps to Deliver an eBrochure

  1. Enter Communication Method:

    • Upon selecting either text messaging or email, a selection of options will be displayed at the bottom of the page.

  2. Choose the RV Icon Option:

    • One of the displayed buttons will feature a miniature RV icon, offering three options:

      • Interested: Opens by default and displays all of the customer's Units of Interest.

      • Similar: Prompts the system to show similar units to what the customer has listed as a vehicle of interest.

      • Inventory: Allows you to search units manually.

  3. Search for the Desired Unit:

    • Click on the desired unit to access the next screen.

  4. Customize the Tagline:

    • On this screen, personalize the tagline that will be visible on the eBrochure when the customer clicks the link.

      • Note: This tagline is not the email subject; it will persist within the eBrochure and welcome the customer or viewer each time they access it.

  5. Include a Personalized Message:

    • Add a personalized message in the middle of the screen.

      • Note: This message will be retained within the eBrochure and is not an email or text message item.

  6. Specify the Unit Price:

    • Input the preferred price for the unit you intend to showcase.

      • If you prefer not to disclose a price, set it to $0. This will display "Call us for pricing" to the customer when they open the eBrochure.

  7. Insert the eBrochure:

    • Once you've set your preferences, select 'Insert.' The eBrochure will be included in your text message or email.

  8. Send the eBrochure:

    • After sending the text or email, you have effectively shared an eBrochure with the customer.

Note: When the eBrochure is clicked, it directs the customer/viewer to the VIP Portal. The VIP Portal facilitates continued review of unit information and imagery, and offers features to guide the customer back to easy communication or meetings with you.
