How to Add a Customer (Video)

To add a new customer:

  • Click the Add New Customer button on the top right hand side of CRMSuite.

  • Add the customer's phone number.

  • If no phone number is available, click No Phone Number in the lower right corner of the New Customer module.

  • Enter any additional numbers, as well as an email for the customer.

  • Check the blue Score for probability that this is the same individual, drop down that persons details, and view the existing customer record before proceeding with adding the new customer to the system

  • Click continue to proceed with the addition of the customer if no duplicates are found

  • Verify the Name and Address located by the system are correct, editing if not. Indicate whether or not this customer is Ok to receive Text messages, if a mobile number was provided.
