Customer Summary

Olivia summarizes in a few paragraphs where you are with a customer in the sales process, and then suggest next steps to take. This is a huge timesaver for managers who need to quickly get up to speed on a customer.

Inventory Summary

Olivia provides a detailed description of a unit for presentation on e-brochures.

Call Summary

Olivia summarizes in plain English an entire phone conversation, text conversation, or video chat.

Lead Summary

Olivia summarizes lead data in plain English.

OliviaAI Assists

Olivia will act as an assistant to the users of the CRM. Examples: Events: Appointment Reminder, Meeting Started, Meeting Completed.
