We do ask that you are present and available for the entirety of your confirmed arrival window. Our team will be unable to wait for more than 15 minutes from their actual arrival to make contact with you and gain access to your home to begin the appointment.

If our team is unable to do so, this would be considered a missed appointment and will result in a $250 missed appointment fee.
