You will receive an automated communication from us 3 days prior to your confirmed appointment asking you to re-confirm or requesting a reschedule. If you do not request a reschedule on that day or previously via live chat or email you will be assessed a rescheduling fee of $250.

The rule of thumb is let us know ASAP if you need to reschedule! We don't want to charge this fee but cannot accomodate a "fee free" reschedule or cancellation as long as we are given notice more than two business days away of your confirmed appointment.

This fee also applies if we are unable to complete your appointment due to you not being home, our team not having access to the unit or if building management will not allow our team to complete the appointment due to missing insurance documentation that we were not made aware of previously by you.
