What if I need to reschedule my appointment?

You must notify us no less than two (2) business days in advance to change or cancel the delivery or pick up date.

For example, if your confirmed appointment is on a Friday, you must notify us in writing before Wednesday to avoid this fee. For Monday appointments, we must be notified before 5pm on Friday.

Any missed appointments or rescheduled appointments within 2 business days, will result in a fee of $250. Missed appointments include situations where we are unable to complete a confirmed appointment due to, but not limited to, missing COI requirements that were not provided to us in advance, elevator not being reserved or our team not being able to access the delivery location.

The rule of thumb is let us know ASAP if you need to reschedule! We don't want to charge this fee but cannot accommodate a "fee free" reschedule or cancellation as long as we are given notice more than two business days away of your confirmed appointment.
