What if I need to return my furniture early?

We get it—life happens, and things change. In the event you need to return all or some of your items early please reach out to our team and we will assist you.

Please note:

  • If an order is canceled prior to delivery or within the first 3 days, we will issue a full refund.

  • If you return all or some of your furniture on your account prior to the expiration of your rental term, you will pay 75% of the remaining balance due on the account. The lone exception is customers on 3 month terms. Ending your account prior to 3 months will see the account owe the full remaining balance due.

  • If you are closing your entire rental account with us, or wish to remove non-returnable items such as mattresses, bedding, artwork, rugs, accent pillows, towels and kitchen sets, your account will be charged the remaining retail value of these items at account close.

Our support team will provide you the balance due for the early return of the furniture during the appointment scheduling process. This fee will be charged prior to the pick up appointment.
