Yes -- if you need to cancel your order prior to delivery let us know. You will receive a full refund except if you cancel within two days of your confirmed delivery appointment. Please refer to our missed appointment/rescheduling fee description here.
If you wish to return all or some of your rental Furniture after delivery, we provide a 3-day grace period. If you notify us within the first three (3) days from delivery, we will issue you a full refund.
If You wish to remove our "for purchase" items from Your continuing monthly rental charge, our support team will provide You the fee to do so. These items include mattresses, bedding, artwork, rugs, and kitchen or bath sets.
Once these items are signed for during Your delivery appointment and then removed from their packaging by You, the fee will be the remaining retail value of the item in question. If you wish to remove these items from Your account within our 3-day delivery grace period, and these items have not been removed from their packaging, we will pick up these items for a $75 restocking fee each and any additional appointment fee.
Please keep in mind that you must continue to meet our monthly minimum to retain an active account. If, after a partial return, your monthly subtotal would fall below the provided monthly minimum, we will notify you. In this scenario, our system will automatically adjust the pricing of the remaining items on your account to allow for you to meet the monthly minimum.
