Returned Payments

If a MOD user has a returned payment, they can submit a new payment within the app.

Hey, life happens โ€“ย we get it!

Depending on why your bank returned the payment, here are your options:

Lack of funds

If there wasn't enough money in your linked account at the same time we tried processing the payment, you can simply:

  1. Open MOD.

  2. Tap Payments.

  3. Tap Pay Now to retry.

Note: It could take 1-3 business days for your payment to process.

Account Closure

  • If your linked bank account was closed, we will have to update your account for you before you can try again.

  • Please contact our support team & we'll help you get squared away!
