How to close your account
Open MOD.
Tap Profile in the bottom right corner.
Scroll to the bottom & tap Close My Account.
This will notify our support team so that we can get in touch with you to help finish closing your account.
Note: Your advance must be fully paid back, with your account showing a $0 balance, in order to close it out.
Before you go...
Keep in mind that we're still in our beta testing phase with MOD, so no accounts can be created at the moment.
⚠️ Shutting your account down will make MOD inaccessible until it's publicly available to download.
If you would just like to take a break, there are no weekly or monthly fees to keep your MOD account open, and there are no additional fees or penalties for not having an active advance.
As long as you have an account, we'll be here whenever you need us!
