Advanced Competitors normally have 2 training sessions 5 days a week, totaling about 3 hours per day. Each of the sessions should require about 90 minutes, but this can vary depending on what is in the session.

Competitors normally have 1 training session 5 days a week. Each of these sessions should require about 90 minutes, but this can vary depending on what is in the session. 

Foundations standard sessions should require about 60 minutes, with some of the optional sessions requiring around 75 minutes.

Note. your warm up and cool down can affect the session times. Sometimes you need more warm up and mobility depending on the movements or how your body feels that day.
