Active recovery and other recovery ideas

Check out our Active Recovery page for some ideas or do something that takes you outside the gym... go for a walk, go swimming. Have fun outside! 

Get your HR up a little but don’t go crazy. Spend time with friends and family, watch a great movie, read a book... you get the point, enjoy life outside the gym. 

You can add in a 40-60 minute very easy aerobic effort, some mobility work and maybe sauna, compression, cold bath. Go for something that works well for you.
